The brief
Design a patient platform that connects appointments, preparation, documents, results, care plans, and family support across a fragmented healthcare journey.
The product needed to remain reassuring under stress, accessible across languages and abilities, and practical for clinics with different levels of digital maturity.

Our response
We replaced portal complexity with a time-based care journey. The home screen explains what is next, what to prepare, and who can help. Clinical information is progressively disclosed in clear, human language.
Study the patient, caregiver, clinician, and administration touchpoints around visits, tests, treatment, and follow-up.
Prioritize the next action, explain unfamiliar terms, and avoid presenting sensitive clinical information without context.
Prototype low-bandwidth, multilingual, accessible flows with caregiver permissions and non-digital alternatives.
Arabic and French are first-class product languages, with a content model ready for additional patient needs.
Permissioned family support reflects how many patients coordinate care while protecting sensitive information.
Critical instructions, appointments, and documents remain usable on slower networks and modest devices.
Consent, access, data minimization, and safe session behavior shape the product from the first workflow.
What we shaped
A patient experience that reduces uncertainty by connecting every instruction, appointment, document, and conversation to the care journey it belongs to.
The concept creates a flexible layer that clinics can adopt progressively while maintaining a coherent experience for patients.
